Bridger-Teton National Forest workers receive fire service awards

Two employees of the Bridger-Teton National Forest have received recognition from the National Park Service for their work in programs aimed at reducing the risk and severity of wildland fires.

The Intermountain Region of the National Park Service awards several Fire Management Achievement Awards annually. This year, the agency created a category to recognize the contributions of personnel outside of the Park Service who have had significant positive impacts on an NPS fire program in the Intermountain Region.
